After watching several videos, paying for manuals, surfing the internet, etc.   I have taken my time to device and put into writing a means you can legally open a PayPal account that can receive and send money in Nigeria by following my simple steps.
Step1: Go to your web browser and open www.paypal.com/ls. A page opens just like the image you see below.

Make sure you have a working email account that you have never used to open a PayPal account before. If you still wish to use the email account that you have used to open a PayPal account before, you must have to close that account. See how you can close a PayPal account here.
Click on “sign up” as you can see on the first picture above.
You will open up the next page which is the second picture above. This page lets you choose the type of account you want. Select “Business Account”. This is because selecting personal account will take you back to Nigeria account. For further information, check here.
Once you get done click on continue and get down to the real deal.
A page will open again where you input your valid email address. Click on “continue” and another page opens where you will choose your PayPal password which must consist of at least 8 characters, one upper and one lowercase, a digit or symbol.
Then click on continue to proceed to the next page. Just like the image you see below

Fill The first image as I filled the second image. Please take note, not all information I filled in this form are accurate because it just a practicing account but Please, your details must be accurate not faked. Otherwise, you will not be able to withdraw your funds.
   Explaining each box by box:
1. Business Contact: Your first name and your last name. If you are like me with 3 names, since there is no box for middle name, you can put 2 names in any of the box as you can see above. Just make sure the name on your PayPal is same with the name on your ID card and your bank account.
2. Business Details: Your Legal business name. If you don’t have a business you run like freelancing, blogging, affiliating, or whatever business, you can still make use of your full name.

3. Your Business Phone Number: Insert your business number if you have. Please, tap on where you have the Lesotho flag and country code and select the Nigerian flag and country code from the drop down bar, then insert your digit which must NOT be faked.
4. Your Business Address: Your business address can be your home address if you do not have a defined business Location or working from home. Fill in your ‘Address Line1’  which is your home address and compulsory. Your ‘Address Line  2’ might be left blank. Next is your Town, followed by your state and your Zip Code. If you don’t know your Postal Code/Zip Code, Click Here. The next is to choose the currency you want to be paid in. I chose dollar because dollar is more like a general currency.
5. Tick the Agreement box to agree with their terms and condition.
6. Agree and continue.

In this form, you just have to add extra information about yourself.
a. Your date of birth
b. Your nationality which you should change to Nigeria.
c. Your identity document which could be your National ID, Passport or Driving license. After choosing your mode of identification, you proceed to adding the card’s number. Please no faking because you would be asked from time to time to reconfirm your account when carrying out some certain transactions.
d. Your home address; just tick the box if your home address is same with your business address. Otherwise, fill in your home address and click on submit.
A new page pops up requesting for more information about your business just like the image below.

Describe your business by selecting your business type and your product and services keyword. To see and pick one from variety, just type “A” in the box and you will see a list of them. Pick the one suitable for your business. For business URL, if your business have a website, type it there. Otherwise, click on continue because it is not mandatory to insert your URL.
